Presentation on the Bathurst TAFE Heritage Precinct
The Bathurst Business Chamber and Bathurst Regional Council invite local businesses to the August After Hours to learn about one of the CBD’s most significant opportunities. The Bathurst TAFE Heritage Precinct presents a rare chance to revitalise landmark heritage buildings into a vibrant, mixed-use destination. With a clear vision to be considered by Council at the 15 July Council meeting and detailed planning to follow, the project will balance heritage conservation with new development to enable long-term activation, investment and growth. Join us to explore how this project will shape the future of Bathurst’s business community.
What to expect
5.30 pm – Refreshments served. Take the opportunity to connect with fellow local business owners in a relaxed setting.
6.00 pm – Welcome, Chamber update and introductions from Bathurst Business Chamber and Bathurst Regional Council.
6.10 pm – Presentation on the Bathurst TAFE Heritage Precinct – learn about this once‑in‑a‑generation redevelopment opportunity, the vision for the site, and what it means for business, investment and the future of the CBD.
6.30 pm – Networking and refreshments. Continue the conversation, ask questions and connect with other attendees over drinks and nibbles.
7.00 pm – Event concludes.
